For most of us the biggest purchasing decision and most valued investment
we will ever make is the purchase of our home.
For that reason it is imperative that all real estate transactions contemplated
and executed are done so with the assistance of a pre-qualified attorney.
Obtaining the services of a skilled real estate attorney could save you thousands of dollars
today and potentially much more in the future.
ShurVault Legal Care Direct™ (SLCD) has a network of plan attorneys in all
50 states that have contracted to provide our members and their families
with numerous free and discounted legal services.
Each plan attorney will provide members with the following legal services;
Free Legal Care*
Plan attorneys will provide free consultations for each new real estate matter
Plan attorneys will review each individual real estate related document (6 pages per document) for each new legal matter.
This free service could include the review of leases, title docs, association docs, purchase lease and sale agreements, etc.
Plan attorneys will write letters on your behalf for each new legal matter when deemed appropriate by your plan attorney.
This could be an eviction notice or demand for payment
Plan attorneys will make phone calls on your behalf for each new legal matter when deemed appropriate by your plan attorney.

*In many states, attorney liability may require plan attorneys to obtain a retainer from the
member prior to providing some of the free member benefits.
Deeply Discounted Legal Services**
Plan attorneys will charge a one-time fee for specific areas of legal representation. They include:

Bankruptcy can be very traumatic, but it doesn’t have to be costly.
Allow a plan attorney to review your financial situation and determine
if bankruptcy is the best option for you. If so, they will assist you through
the entire process and provide you with peace of mind.

For a one time fee of $250.00 a plan attorney will represent you at a
personal real estate closing. A plan attorney will consult with you, review all
legal documentation, and accompany you during the closing.

**Court costs, filing fees and time charged for travel to and from any courts are additional.

Guaranteed Low Hourly Rates:
Plan attorneys have contracted to charge no more than $125.00 per hour,
or 40% off their usual and customary hourly rate, whichever is greater,
for legal care that goes beyond the free and discounted services described above.
Retainers:
In the case of extended legal care, plan attorneys may ask you for a retainer.
Any retainer sought will be computed by multiplying the number of hours a plan
attorney believes a case will take, by the appropriate discounted hourly plan rate.
For instance: 10 hours x $125.00 = a retainer of $1,250.00.
